晶体Light Green Tea Nutritional Information
Drinking two to three liters of water a day may not be an easy target to reach if the taste of plain water is not that appealing to you.晶体Light may be a good option to add taste to your water without adding too many extra sugar and calories. Crystal Light also now has a few flavors with green tea: green tea honey lemon, green tea raspberry and green tea peach mango--the regular version and the metabolism+ version.
Ingredients
All Crystal Light Green Tea varieties contain the same basic ingredients: citric acid, maltodextrine, instant green tea, aspartame, ascorbic acid--vitamin C--vitamin E acetate, beta-carotene, calcium carbonate, sodium and potassium bicarbonate, magnesium oxide, acesulfame-potassium. In addition to these basic ingredients, the honey lemon flavor also contain soy lecithin and the metabolism+ mango peach has modified cornstarch, caffeine--unknown amount--and green tea extract instead of instant green tea.

Crysta Light green tea flavors are all sugar-free and are sweetened with two different sugar substitutes: aspartame as well as acesulfame-potassium.Both are approved and considered safe by the FDA.Phenylketonurics needs to be aware these products contain phenylalanine.
